| General note | The study aimed to determine which of the green practices dimension is effectively practiced by the three selected hotels in Nueva Vizcaya. Specifically, the study also determined the general perception of customers on the green practices in the different dimensions particularly on energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management. In addition, differences among the dimensions of green practices.<br/>The data were obtained using survey-questionnaire with two parts. The questionnaire was administered to 240 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. This study used frequency and percentage count and ANOVA to test difference.<br/>The study revealed the highest level of effectiveness by customer perceptions with regard to the three dimensions is water conservation (using reusable rather than disposable utensils) which is rated "very effective", followed by waste management (using recycled content of toilet papers & paper towels) which is "very effective" and lastly the energy efficiency (hallways temperatures set to be warmer than room) which given "somewhat effective".<br/><br/><br/><br/> |
