| General note | The integration of all the construction activities and stages required to execute a specific contraction project within a specified budget and time period depends critically on construction planning and scheduling Technology must be chosen, work tasks must be specified, the resources and time required for each activity must be estimated, and any links between the various tasks must be identified.<br/><br/>The primary goal of the study is to determine the planning and scheduling of construction or improving access roads leading to designated tourist locations. Construction planning ensures that the project will be finished on schedule, within budget, and under quality standards. It also ensures worker safety procedures. Additionally, it aims to demonstrate a cost-effective method for organizing and scheduling a building project.<br/><br/>The researchers provided an Estimation computation, Network Diagram, Gantt Chart, and S-Curve. According to the estimated cost of 9,984,542,46 pesos allotted for the construction of a drainage system, a structure to protect the slope, and the installation of thermoplastic pavement markings, the length of the road network was calculated to be 346 meters.<br/>Activity Sequence displays 28 activities for the project. The project's inflection point occurs in week 3, with 19.71% progress. Growth slows in week 4, reaching maturity in week 6, and accelerating in week 7, indicating completion.<br/><br/>The Network Diagram displays the project's activities, with a 62-day critical path, focusing on the longest sequences required for completion.
