| General note | The purpose of this study was to ascertain the characteristics of pulverized golden kuhol as an additive in concrete hollow blocks as well as the characteristics of golden kuhol shell to be regarded a construction material. It also attempts to provide a notable distinction between concrete hollow block and additive made of pulverized golden kuhol.<br/><br/> The study provided information on the usual compressive strengths of several samples containing various amounts of pulverized golden kuhol shell. Batch 4 has an average compressive strength of 0.54 MPa without additives. Batch 3 displays a reduced average compressive strength of 0.85 MPa due to the 1kg of pulverized golden kuhol shell. The compressive strength of Batch 2 with 1.5kg pulverized golden kuhol shell is 0.61 MPa. The average compressive strength of Batch 1, which has a 2kg pulverized golden kuhol shell, is 0.95 MPa.<br/><br/> The percentage of crushed golden kuhol shell according to the experiment's findings, had an impact on the concrete hollow blocks compressive strength. |
