General note This study was conducted to determine the food preferences of customers in the three selected Fast Food Chains (FFCs) in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. Data were gathered information from the customers through a survey questionnaire. Data were subjected to frequency percentage to determine the demographic profile, food preferences and reasons and factors that influence respondents from eating in an FFC. Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the quality of service, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to determine if there were significant difference between the overall customer satisfactions when of establishments.<br/>The result of the study showed that the customer preferred potato products for snacks, rice meal for meals, ice cream for dessert, and float for drinks. For the reasons and factors that influence respondents from eating in an FFC they visited the establishments 16 times and above, most of the respondents were customers for less than one year, the taste of the food was the factor and reason they dined, and most of them preferred to eat at the establishments during lunch time.<br/>The customers expected and experienced good service from the establishments. Respondents rank Company A as their number one in terms of quality of service. The overall customer satisfaction has no significant difference between the overall customer satisfactions of the three establishments.<br/>Based on the results, the researchers concludes that majority of the customers preferred potato products during snack; rice meals during meal time; ice cream/sundaes for dessert; and floats as their drinks. Taste of the food were the foremost reason of customers in choosing Fast food chain.<br/>Company A were influenced by variety to go to the Fast food chain, Company B were influenced by speed/ delivery of service, and Company C were influenced by seating capacity; customers expected good services and experienced good services from the Fast food chain. This results imply that the three Fast food chain are of the same level of quality in services.<br/>
