This study utilized quantitative research using the descriptive comparative study. The study was designed to describe the profile of the respondents as well as the business profile of the lodging establishments in the urban places of Nueva Vizcaya. It was used to quantitatively define and analyze the information regarding the variations in lodge management practices when grouped according to the profile, as well as to analyze the data acquired via the use of survey questionnaires. The study's respondents were connected to accommodation establishments in neighborhoods like Bayombong, Solano, and Bambang Results revealed that participants' age-based demographic profiles. It indicates that respondents are primarily between the ages of 26 and 30. Additionally, findings showed that most of them had graduated from college, with elementary and postgraduate degrees coming in last. Furthermore, the vast majority of participants have no National TESDA Certification. In terms of accommodation establishments of lodging business bulk of the lodging facilities were found in Solano area. Most of the lodging functionalities were operated under sole proprietorship. The lodging facility's lodging management procedures demonstrate that most tasks are completed often and with little notice. It means that accommodations should be established in places where they are always noticeable and executed clearly, including accessible areas along national highways, clearly marked land transportation and unimpeded communication channels. There was constant application of several lodging administration techniques concerning facilities. One may argue that depending on the kind of services offered, different housing management techniques have different levels of originality. Additionally, the methods used for front desk service reception, reservation processing, and accommodation reception-which included welcoming prospective guests indicate that it was routinely carried out and executed. The HRM procedures are displayed, and a show that these guidelines were followed regularly. Hence, human resource management shows the observed and applied personal traits and attitudes as well as the demands for staff. The personnel management statement recommends using personnel competency, skill development, training, and other people management strategies to sustain employee empowerment. Therefore, it concluded that a lodging establishment in the province of Nueva Vizcaya practices the standards of operating a lodging business. It suggests that lodging business owners must sustain and surpass their operations towards sustainable business and par with international standards.
