The study was conducted from March to June 2023 at Municipality of Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya to determine generally the classification of land titles, mode of ownership of titled lands in Kasibu and the level of awareness of titled holders in Kasibu. Specifically. the study aims to evaluate the level of awareness of titled holders in the utilization and legal restriction on their titles.
The study conducted an actual interview using questionnaire to get the level of awareness of title holders in municipality of Kasibu. The treatments use in this study was frequency and percentage distribution to access the data.
Based on the gathered data, agricultural is the most common classification of lands, CLOA and Patents is the most common mode of ownership that title holders possessed, and we found that 100% of the title holder in municipality of Kasibu is highly aware on the utilization with respect to sale, loan and permitted uses and 67% of the title holders is highly aware on the legal restriction with respect to zoning restriction, covenants, deed restriction, easement and right of way, conservation or preservation and lien and encumbrances.
